Riveredge Escape Cabin

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! PERFECT Vacation Home & Location for Families!! Chelsea's cabin had EVERYTHING you could want/need for a family vacation. From the complimentary S'mores supplies to a secret playroom equipped with toys; from kayaks, river tubes, and fishing gear to corn hole, RC cars, and water guns Chelsea provided us with all of our vacation needs. We were immediately welcomed by easy entry instructions, cozy beds, and a well stocked pantry. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed fun and adventure by the river during the day and relaxation by the fire pit at night. It is easy to tell that Chelsea wants her guests to enjoy their cabin as much as her family does. She thought of everything; there were things for all of our 5 children (ages 1 though 9) - highchair, legos, stuffed animals, board games, and an xbox. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying at Riveredge Escape Cabin again and will DEFINITELY recommend this as a vacation home for our friends and family.

Chelsea was an excellent host who was always very on top of communication. She was proactive and always provided the information we needed, including festivities going on for the holiday weekend in her Cabin's neighborhood. She was very nice and willing to accommodate an early check-in. House was just as pictured and the backyard is wonderful. Right on the river, beautiful play area for kids and huge trees providing shade during the hot summer months. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and nice extra touches like shampoo & body wash. Would definitely recommend her place. We have a mid-sized SUV and would recommend using an SUV to more easily get to her place.

We had a wonderful time! Our kids absolutely loved the playground! They had a smores station for us which was such a nice touch! Everything was wonderful! We loved our time here!

WOW such a great escape from the city with our family and friends. Being able to play, eat, and just have a cup of coffee outside and listen to the sounds of the river was so peaceful. Chelsea did everything possible to make our trip great- including ordering fishing rods and a tackle box so my young son could experience fishing for the first time. Also the Blackstone grill was a huge surprise for us and we used it to grill almost every meal!

This was the perfect location for a family getaway! The views are beautiful and it provided the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for our family of 5!

Amazing house for the whole family!

We had a great visit at this cabin! The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay which really helped in ensuring that we had a great getaway! The cabin had everything you could ever need, just show up with food and clothes!! The outdoor space was perfect for kids and really helped pass the time with so many things to do outdoors. We also utilized the resort pass and the kids loved the indoor pool. If clean, kid friendly, and near the water is what you are looking for this is a great option.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb! The river and views were absolutely breathtaking, and the owner left no detail untouched. The beds, blankets, and pillows were so comfortable—I truly felt right at home. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and then some. Our 2-year-old absolutely loved the swingset, and to top it off, the host went above and beyond by providing a toddler swing for our baby, which made the experience even more special. The whole stay was wonderful, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything run smoothly. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this place—it’s the perfect getaway.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. Peaceful, relaxing, enjoyable for kids and adults, quiet, a true hidden gem. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in North Georgia and this one is by far my favorite. Our host Chelsea was so amazing and accommodating. Just go ahead and hit the book button. You won’t be disappointed.

They thought of everything. You almost don’t need anything except your groceries. This is an amazing place and we can’t wait to visit again in summer when we can get in the river.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It's an absolutely beautiful location we enjoyed being out on the deck and listening to the rushing river. The cabin was comfortable and has all the amenities one would need. We especially enjoyed cooking outside on the deck. There's plenty of things to do and trails to hike within a short drive. Take note that It's about 15 minutes of driving through winding roads right get to the cabin from the entrance of the resort, make sure to give yourself plenty of extra travel time to traverse it safely.

This was a wonderful location and cabin. The kids spent hours in the river; we couldn’t have asked for a better source of entertainment!

We booked this cabin as kind of a last minute family getaway. The location is great, The river was beautiful. We enjoyed the amazing views cooked on the Blackstone, floated in the river on the tubes, made some s'mores by the fire, took dips in the hot tub. It was me, my wife and two kids and my mom. we had a blast. Great cabin! definitely recommend we will return. Thank you.

Second time staying within just a few months because of how much we love the place! I was already checking to see if we could spend New Years here as we were pulling out of the driveway. I hope this place is always on AirBnB, we want to make this a place our son grows up!

Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we can't wait to come back! Chelsea is an incredibly wonderful host! Cabin is located in an amazing location, short drive to a couple of towns, we were able to visit Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Helen. Our family enjoyed swimming and exploring the river, fishing and watching all the beautiful wildlife Canadian geese, hundreds of deer, Heron and we even spotted the local 3 paw bear. We made breakfast every morning on the Blackstone and ate outside enjoying the beautiful views. Beds were super comfortable! This cabin comes fully stocked with everything you can think of. Highly recommend visiting the Rec Center, met Ms. Maggie who works there, she gave us brochures of places to visit, eat and hike nearby. Our family had fun playing pickleball, kids had fun at the arcade, and enjoying the pool. Our evenings always ended with relaxing time in the hot tub, bonfire, smores and watching all the deer come by. We even caught some deer crossing the river.

it was a wonderful stay we had here. the hot tub was freshly cleaned, and I saw them draining and cleaning when we checked out . The owners have a high standard here. highly recommend

Chelsea's home was the perfect family vacation spot! The river is absolutely gorgeous. We saw so many deer and geese. It has all the benefits of camping, but the luxury of a beautiful cabin. They provided everything you need, tubes, beach towels, a hot tub, board games. The blackstone on the deck made meals a breeze and fun for everyone! Chelsea thought of absolutely everything to make the experience perfect! By far one of our best family vacations! You won't be disappointed!!

This cabin was very cozy and set right on the river. My kids loved playing in the river— the home was equipped with water toys, games and smart TVs. We loved the Blackstone grill and opted to cook at home every night instead of eating out. The fire pit was perfect for making s’mores. Code memories made! Thanks, Chelsea!

This was amazing place!! The Airbnb really had everything you could possibly need and more. We woke up every morning to the view of the river and sat riverside on the swing admiring the geese in the morning. They have tubes for the water and that was the highlight of the trip for the kids! the road to/from the main road is a little bumpy so one should be cautious of that. Communication was great and they were able to assist with anything we needed.

My husband and I cannot stop talking about this cabin. This is hands down, without a doubt, our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It’s clean, modern, in an absolutely stunning location and the river is shallow enough it’s pretty kid friendly. Chelsea was incredibly helpful and responsive as well. We loved our stay here and are already looking at coming back for my husbands birthday in a few months. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

This place was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. A true hidden gem on the Coosawattee River. The house was lovely. We had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was cozy and clean.

The river is spectacular! Kids had a blast tubing and fishing. Views were great. House was clean and well cared for. We loved the outdoor space and the blacktop cooker was a hit! Chelsea was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back! Pro tip: pack life vests for the kids if they plan to tube! We forgot ours and had to grab some at Walmart (20 mins). The water isn’t deep, but there are rocks and the current can be strong in spots.

Great place to stay! Cabin was nice and clean. Close to local attractions. Chelsea was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! Will stay here again!

This is a great location, very peaceful and private! Everything is just as described, couches are VERY comfy, which is hard to find in a rental! The master shower upstairs is really small though so next time I think we will let the kids have the upstairs and take the downstairs. Overall, great spot for a family getaway or romantic escape! We will be back :)

It was a very beautiful dream cabin, very cozy, you felt a lot of peace and tranquility. We had a great time with my family. We really enjoyed the view of the river. I can’t say enough great things about this peaceful, beautiful cabin!! we came for spring break with our three children. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and maybe even better! The setting right upon the river was just the most serene and beautiful thing. Chelsea was completely helpful and responsive in every single way, offering recommendations, and being so flexible with us and our needs. We have several mishaps with our children while on the trip, and even had to go to the ER- she was so understanding and caring and helpful!! We will be back for sure. I’ve been to many airBNBs- and this is definitely at the top of my favorite places!!
